This Asian style burger is now on the top of my list of favorite burgers. It’s got the flavors of Asia and a great sauce.
Grilling season is just getting started here and this is my first of many. My plan is to make a big batch of these, freeze them uncooked and be ready to pull what I need out of the freezer. A great big flavorful juicy burger is one of my favorite foods.
The sauce I made for these is very simple and I’ll make a pint jar to keep on hand in the refrigerator. You can add the amount of Sriracha to suit your taste. I’m not a huge hot sauce fan so I kept my batch mild but it really adds to the burger. The next time I make these I am also going to grill some pineapple rings, I just know the flavor will go since I use pineapple in many Asian recipes. The condiments I used for this burger were swiss cheese and lettuce along with the Sriracha Sauce.
Maybe I should wait to post this recipe and add my pineapple and even some slices of green pepper but these are so good I want to get this blog post published. I’m leaving for vacation on Saturday and it would mean to delay it for over two weeks. I want you to try the wonderful burgers now!
